Programme Operations (Senior Executive / Manager)

Job responsibilities:
    • Manage the operations and ensuring the quality of the training programs rolled out by the academy
    • Work closely with and provide supervisory support and guidance where necessary, to the programme         administrators in the operations team
    • Responsible for planning schedules, resource allocation and timing reportings
    • Partake in continuous improvement projects that increase the productivity and efficiency of the team
    • Develop and cultivate good customer service practices with both internal and external customers .

Job requirements:
    • A relevant degree in any discipline, preferably from a recognised institute.  
    • Non graduates with demonstrated experience would also be considered.
    • At least 2 years of working experience as a team lead. 
    • Experience in the related domains, or in the training and education fields, will be of an advantage
    • Good written, verbal and customer service skillsIs self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to solve problems/find solutions quickly
    • Able to mentor, coach and guide a team of administrators effectively
    • Familiar with national training frameworks or education technologies
