The Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law is a foundation law course suitable for those training to become registered patents agents in Singapore*, and for in-house IP advisors, IP-portfolio managers and licensing / technology transfer executives. It is essential for anyone who is aspiring to be an IP professional. 
This course is jointly organised by the IP Academy Singapore and the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. 

* Please refer to IPOS website on the requirements to becoming a Singapore Registered Patent Agent. 

A good University degree. University students who would have completed their studies by the commencement of the course are also eligible to apply. Applicants should also have a good level of written English, in some cases evidence of proficiency will be needed.
