NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS RELATING TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (NO. 26 OF 2012)

By providing your personal data below and submitting this form:

1.     You agree and consent to the IP Academy and its related corporations (collectively, “IPA”) collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your personal data from time to time, whether such personal data is: 

a.     Provided by yourself below;

b.     Subsequently provided by you to IPA in the course of the above programme; or

c.      Is in the records of IPA,

and disclosing and sharing such personal data to IPA’s authorised service providers, and relevant parties for one or more of the purposes as set out in the IPA Data Protection Policy (accessible here), which includes but is not limited to purposes reasonably required by IPA and its Representatives to administer and conduct the course, programmes and events that you are applying for; and

2.     You confirm that you have read and understood the IPA Data Protection Policy, and that all the statements made by you on this form are true and accurate to the best of your understanding.
